Ceramic coating

Due to the direct contact with various corrosion-prone materials, the metal pipes used for construction equipment piping and transportation are prone to pipeline corrosion problems. Corrosion will seriously affect the life of metal pipelines. Corrosion of metal pipelines is inevitable over time, but we can find a solution to this problem.

These are the pictures provided by the customer. The metal pipes in the picture is used to transport coal powder. It can be seen from the picture that the external corrosion of the pipeline is serious, especially the elbow. If maintenance measures are not taken in time, the metal pipes will become thinner and gradually damaged in the long run.

This problem can be solved by applying metal repair agent. Ceramic coating and metal repair agent form a hard shell on the surface of the pipe, insulating it from the air and protecting it from further corrosion. 

It is worth noting that before using this product, please polish the outer surface of the pipe. After applying the ceramic coating or metal repair agent, the thickness of the metal pipe is the same as before.
